Business Efficiency

 Business Efficiency :

Every Business no matter whatever product or services they are offering is by large objectively working towards its profitability, while philanthropy may evolve through any business along the line when it is sustained over a period of time.
Growth, expansion & diversification of every business is directly proportional to the strategies on risk that an investor is willing to practice & perfect.
Whereas the process of making any on going business more efficient every other day is directly proportional to the commitments, motivation & dedication of the team involved at every level.

Commitment is a very basic trait that is expected from every professional. For the given 7 to 8 hours of work in a day, focusing on deliverables, self monitored and organized utilization of time & resources is expected without being reminded & follow ups. But yet subject to many internal and external circumstances, there may remain various deviations that might or might note be within the preview of team leaders to intervene or offer any lasting solutions, which may inevitably impact the overall efficiency of every business.

Motivation remains a key factor in ensuring that every function processed at various desks is carried out effectively as well as efficiently. Motivational factors again may be internal as well as external. An incentive scheme on daily output or monthly turnover may leave the entire team to keep striving to achieve it, while a lost football or cricket match may impact the end results & the entire business efficiency by large. While incentivised motivational measures work like stimulus that may only have its impact for a while and later it may become ineffective.

Dedication is then the only trait that may be considered to have abilities to tackle every other trait like Commitment & motivation & keep them under check. Any dedicated professional will not only continue to give their best during any unfavorable internal or external circumstances, but will always make sure that they remain most efficient with their commitments as they mostly rely on their own job satisfaction & hence they remain self motivated.

Every dedicated team member is the key in any business to remain efficient & excel, if you have one, hold on to them, and if they lack any skills or attributes, invest in training them, they will get smart & intelligent while remaining dedicated, as at the end of the day.

Entire business efficiency may remain directly proportional to the dedicated team that it may have on board.

The Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA) is increasingly investing in infrastructure, agriculture, and healthcare — sectors ripe for foreign investment. 2.
