Employee Worship!!!

For how long an Organization should keep worshiping an Employee?

Indeed everyone must worship that one inspirational Employee, who is always sincere, who is constantly trying to do better than before, who always gives selfless & candid advice, their integrity is unquestionable, their work & results does the necessary talking, they keep their words & commitments, they motivate & train others in the interest of Organization, they practice what they preach, they trust others & are trustworthy, they are creative & innovative, they are dedicated & dependable, they are adaptive & teachable, they are proactive & cautious, they are patient & compassionate, they are sensible & forgiving, they are hard working & helpful to others, they work with ownership & love their work. And so on!

Well, yes we are talking about someone with all Godly qualities. Difficult to find or even be one with all of it.

Everyone is unique, everyone is using their free will to practice either of those Godliness qualities as & when they are convenient & at the same point in time, everyone is equally capable of practicing everything opposite of that what we have known as Godliness, So practically NO-ONE should ever be worshipped or made to be worshipped.

Appreciate them whenever anyone ends up exhibiting either of these qualities.
Rest of the time, let them explore having human experiences.
