When various vigilance technologies were discovered & deployed, there was a hue & cry about privacy & human rights, only to arrive at today's state, where no matter whatever one may think, it is impossible to hide any skeletons.

So while it may remain a nightmare for the criminals, CCTV, online tracking & monitoring of individuals, their activities & choices are actually becoming a blessing in disguise for all those who otherwise would have remained victims of various schemes, tactics & plots by those who are unable to match their level of intelligence, integrity & sincerity in any Organization.

Go to any country & the fact remains, that one may not be treated as a criminal unless found guilty in court of law, but yet the most funniest part of the entire system, is that neither can they be treated as not guilty unless proven innocent.

So anyone from any walk of life can come & level up allegations on anyone they want, now it becomes the responsibility of the other to go around & bring evidence to prove their innocence. 

How to use the tracking, monitoring & CCTV system to your advantage, while all these were initially designed to curb the crimes or help investigations, fortunately enough all these systems can be equally used to save professionals at work from being accused of frauds, heist, robbery, scams, assaults, murder or massacre of mosquitos or rats in their own organization.

A) Accept the 'As is', when one has come a long way in their life professionally as well as personally, anyone who is going to get intimidated with the set of attributes, virtues, skills & level of integrity that rest of them & their forefathers may have not heard about, then they are going to remain sworn enemy to them on this planet, & if there was a way to get rid of them, they won't mind eradicating their enemies in cold blood.

B) When you are working in the favor of Organization, be ready to be framed, plotted against, given a bait, tempted to make mistakes, manipulated by drama, & a lot can come your way when you have become a roadblock to their agenda to kill the Organization in its baby steps. 

C) Hence it becomes inevitable to make sure that you have a clear acceptance & understanding about the fact that no matter how careful you may remain, unless you have enough evidence to prove yourself innocent you will not be accepted as not guilty.

D) Have your desk covered by CCTV, if possible even audio recording features must be activated.

E) Whenever moving around in the office or factory, make sure you always remain covered by CCTV.

F) If you already know that there are some black spots, areas that are not covered by CCTV, do not go there & again if it is inevitable to go there then have an alibi, someone must go with you & come back with you, register your leaving the CCTV coverage & resuming back by a sign showing on CCTV.

G) During any meeting, never have any one on one meeting with anyone, always have a third party present during that meeting as a witness & evidence & again make sure that it is also covered by audio recording on CCTV, while this will keep you safe, everyone knowing that the meeting is being recorded with video & audio, they won't waste your time & try to plot their games openly.

H) Be very diligent, cordial & careful with your email, whatsapp or direct call replies, all of them might be monitored or can be used as leverage against you if there are any messages or languages that might actually make you run for gathering evidence so as not to be proven guilty.

I) Organizational policies, that are guarding the business interest, at times can be used & plotted to presented the business stakeholders as if you are holding back their business opportunities, be very careful with your communication with external business stakeholders, they too might be victim of their own business interest & are being played against you so that both of you can come at loggerheads & destroy each other.

J) You will keep getting bombarded with conflicting information, in accurate analysis, unsolicited execution of activities, deliberately delayed intelligence, other individuals & staff will be pushed to come up with pressing demands on one or another subject matters, just keep coordinating & maintain a very clear line of written communications, without falling for either of it. To them all of these are God gifted opportunities that have fallen into their lap to execute you.

K) If you have found any anomalies, try to address the subject matter in written only, carefully asking questions about the lapses of system & process, as the moment it may be targeted to any individual, they will be turned into your enemy. They will favor every perpetrators against Organizational interests only to bring you down & give every shot to pull you out of the system.

L) Having known how careful & prudent you are with the Organizations expenses, they will encourage & motivate their puppets to push forward expenses that may in past you have raised concerns & questions, so either you may once again stop it & make the person your enemy or you will pass it & make you look unfaithful to the Organization, just don't stress yourself, keep a clear track records of all the expenses on various head names, so that when analysis is to be done, it will be clear who & how the funds & individuals were used & abused.

M) Have a clear distinction amongst the people you are interacting & able to trust blindly over & over again & those who are changing their stands to suits their own narratives, the latter ones are more likely to get you fixed up, while the trusted allies might also get fixed up, so don't rely on anyone when it is about the tasks & objectives, follow them up closely by yourself & keep records of everything that you are doing & are getting them done by others.

N) Believe this & never deceive yourself that, once someone has identified you are your sworn enemy, no matter whatever you do for them or let go for them nothing will ever change their hatred & strategies to remove you from their way, your good & forgiving heart or nature does not bring any remorse in them, neither they have ability to introspect & accept their own flaws. Hence all of their insecurities are meant to be projected, on those who are not careful enough to keep gathering evidence of their innocence for themselves.
