Paradox of age 30 to 50!

Paradox of age 30 to 50!

Against the most popular saying that work hard and leave everything behind to focus on your career and growth during your young age, that is 25 onwards, visiting a cancer hospital has changed my view on how we should continue to live and strive 25 onwards.

Any profession, business that keeps your life busy and preoccupied stressing to your physical well being can actually eat away your health and  life expectancy expectancy by far more than one may able to comprehend as at that point in time.

Complete your education by the age of 22-24 embark on a hard working culture for another 3 to 4 years making a professional or business foundation so profound that it may give you a very clear growth path for coming 20 years of your life.

Don't kill your health and body during this 20 years of your professional life in attempt to make more and borrow your life and health from later years.

Work hard but follow a very religious regime with your diet and rest, invest in rejuvenation deligentlty, make sure that your work and life quarters are well balanced all the times. Don't over do things or take stress just because your body can take it, maintain good health and life style that will keep your fit and going well for this 20 years that is from age 30 to 50.

It is then one may see that a fit body with least complications may pay you well and keep your immune system as well as fitness to go around with any activities that you may want to venture without any physical stress, 50 to 70 will pass without any major catastrophic in health.

Age 50 to 70 is most crucial and full of wisdom that can actually contribute a lot towards the well being of the family and professional endeavours. One may become a very reliable support system to everyone around and you yourself will enjoy good respect and command in your circle.

Your fame and fortune will not only remain intact but may also grow exponentially if your health is well between the age of 50 to 70.
Your ability to handle emotional and physiological set backs will be very high while your decision making will be very sound and dependable.

Work hard for at least 12 to 16 hours a day between the age of 25 to 30, but then after from the age of 30 to 50 slow down and follow a very sound life style to let your aging get slower, treat your body as a temple and focus on increasing your intellectual wealth.

Think about it and look around and you may see through that those who are still walking and working at the age of 65 and above without any major health issues, they have have knowingly or unknowingly follow this very principles, whereas look at those at the age of 45 to 50 that may have achieved a lot in terms of financial success but may have also accumulated a lot of other health issues at that very age.

Paradox of Profits

Paradox of Profits: Profit, one of the most prominent words in today's time, way above values & virtues, to an extent that the ones preaching on values & virtues may only get a listening ear or audience only if they have made hefty profits out of their whatsoever may be the profession. Be it a one time personal deal or an entire business the focus remains on the bottom-line and that is profits. ROI on time, resources & energy has to be higher at all times. Business Outlook 2025, Nigeria

Business Outlook 2025, Nigeria  1. Economic Landscape Nigeria, Africa’s largest economy, boasts a GDP of over $480 billion as of 2024, making it the economic powerhouse of the continent. With an annual average GDP growth of around 3.2% post-pandemic, Nigeria has been regaining momentum. The economy is driven by a mix of oil exports, agriculture, fintech, telecommunications, and services. The non-oil sector currently contributes over 90% to GDP growth, indicating a healthy diversification. Despite challenges like inflation (hovering around 28% in early 2025) and a fluctuating naira, the country’s economic resilience and structural reforms (like the removal of fuel subsidies and FX unification) are positioning it for long-term growth. The Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA) is increasingly investing in infrastructure, agriculture, and healthcare — sectors ripe for foreign investment. 2.
