Corporate lessons from Movie - Animal

Corporate lessons from Movie - Animal

Before we go into the subject details, of recent it is evident that no matter who so ever may have been the director or producer of the movies in bollywood, any movie that is Hero centric is getting more recognition than any other genre, to an extent that a super star who acted in a story centric movie directed by the most talented director in the industry received a poor content, whereas yet another movie that had no storyline but was projected on the Hero did much better.

It may need a lot of conviction to make movies like RRR & Bahubali that are having a very strong storyline that is still revolving around the Hero.

Animal is one such creation that is Hero centric & a storyline that revolves around him.

Before a century, books used to be an entertainment medium to take the readers into a different world, time & even culture while making them feel thrilled & entertained, each reader of any book may be at a discretion on what they can & want to pick from the content of the book.
And today we have the option of these movies that are creation of different writers & directors, do take a note that when any movies gets appreciated there is lot that they writer, director & rest of the team that may have put in it, to be able to impart different lessons & messages for all the very different kind of viewers.

We will go with Corporate Lessons from Animal Movie:
A) When it comes to commitment, it is only those who are emotionally attached to you may be willing to do or die for you.
B) Your greatest rival is going to be your greatest teacher as well, they will challenge you to overcome your weaknesses.
C) You may continue to keep your loved ones as the only priority of your life, but yet when it comes to personal issues with your health or finances you will have to handle them yourself with self confidence.
D) No matter whatever salary you may pay, anyone will be ready to shoot a bullet but no one will ever be ready to take a bullet for you.
E) You have to lead from the front, you must be detailed & know the job very well before expecting anyone else to follow you.
F) You may never get liked for all the tough decisions you have to take in order to secure your business interests.
G) You have to continue to keep upgrading yourself with whatever technological upgrades are going around in your profile or business.
H) Keep your objectives & goals very clear & never rest till you have achieved it.
I) Believe everyone but trust no one.
J) Not everyone working with your & for you is going to be your fan, there are all probabilities that they may have different agenda & goals.
K) Every stage of life will have something unique to offer, no matter wherever you are, explore the extremes & make the most out of it.
L) When you have the conviction about something, do not second guess them, investigate it thoroughly & get satisfied.
M) You are going to leave behind a legacy, in everything that you did & even those that you did not do but were meant to do.

An interesting 3 hours that showcased almost 6 different stages of life on the Hero, but the confidence & the conviction was same since childhood, love for the family.

Krishna has said, that if someone harms you, leave them to their karma, it will take care of them, but if someone harms your family then become their karma!

Happy Valentines Day, 2024

Human beings are more complex in the nature than they seems to be with their biological structure. The basic nature is seeking to be loved. But given the conditioning we mostly seek half understood love, that is attention, appreciation, acknowledgement, applauds and so on. Our every action is derived out of seeking these love, we want to be loved as we are with what we do and that which we cannot do. We seek fatherly love whereby we don't expect someone to correct us before hand, but yet expect that he should keep watching our back. We seek motherly love whereby we don't want to be reminded on anything that we may have taken it for granted, yet expect that she should be around us taking care for our every needs. We seek love of siblings, whereby we see a friend in whom we can confine and can share all of our secrets without fear of being betrayed. And than we seek love from our spouse. This is very different from the love that we seek from our blood relatives. Along the line ...
