Modern Day Mindset

 Modern Day Mindset

(Self proclaimed blindness towards intentions of people around)

Flight over fight
Move to next available option than to talk & iron out issues.
Deploying EEE.
OEE, is a technical term "Original Equipment Experience'' can also be reviewed as EEE, Existing Employees Experience, is a policy whereby next & new options will be treated & handled like to squeeze out oil from not only the coconut but from the coconut shell as well.
The experience with the existing employees those who have stayed for a very long period of time must have been so tiring & exhausting that while nothing can be done to change it or make it better what can be done here is to find a new option and rule them with a policy derived from all bad & ugly experience while remaining helpless at the hands of those sets of long standing employees.

All the philosophies around the world is busy preaching the same theories, when you have other options that appears to be peaceful, soothes your tastes & ears, they are ready to bend, twist & break themselves to tell you what you want to hear than why unnecessarily stress yourself in trying to talk, engage & discuss anything with someone who has a different belief system, different view, different upbringing, different understanding & different reasoning.

So many differences, just move on to the next option, Modern Day Mindset!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why? Because if you start thinking about those differences your own views & understanding of the same subject matter may have to be rewritten & that job of unlearning & relearning isn't a cup of tea for everyone, it isn't easy at all. Better jump onto the next convenient option immediately.

Case Study

A young businessman walked up to a business expert consultant to suggest any other line of business as the one that he was trying to manage & grow with was not giving any better results.
There are still some sincere business experts who will want to give the right piece of advice.
The Business expert gave a listening ear to the young businessman & tried to prepare a blueprint of present day business model, its KSP & bottlenecks, that is within his own mind.
Once the young businessman completed giving the details, the next statement he made was revolutionary:

"How do you intend to move on to a new option of any business with a history & tendency of a failure in the existing business"?

The question raised here applies to every relationship
Relationship of spouses
Relationship of siblings
Relationship of parent & offspring
Relationship of friends & partners
Relationship of employer & employees
Relationship of business owner & customer
Relationship of associates & colleagues

The business expert was able to convince the young businessman that while you have been failing in your present model of the business for almost 5 years now, let us together fail for one more time with a different model.
They immediately embark on the survey of the business & with an eye of detail & different perception the business expert was immediately able to identify the killers of that very business.
The business expert advised him to make some changes that took about three months for the young businessman to conclude.
That too they were very obvious & simple ones, the surroundings of the business were not pleasant to eyes, so they were supposed to make it look neat & pleasing, there was not enough parking space so it was created & the entrance of the business was renovated to look more appealing.
From the 4th month the same business that was making & mounting losses all of a sudden did the breakeven in that very 4th month.
And from the 6th month onwards it started making profits that were times 3 to what was projected.

Moral of the case study:
A) Moving onto the next available option is the most easiest thing to do, but then it also comes with an assurance that while the issues from the first ones were not addressed & resolved, even if EEE is deployed the chances of replicating the failure of first experience may remain over 90%.
B) No matter what Intentions matters, the overwhelming psychological deficiency of greed that is only focusing on what is in it for oneself, robs individuals from the ability to look deeper into the subject matter & hence the entire angle of intentions of people they are interacting with remains unidentified & hence failures are rewritten.
C) Every other perception is as real as yours, even the most learned, experienced & wisdom-ful two individuals can have totally different views on the same subject matter, in fact the more they are learned the more apart their own understanding about any given situation will remain.
D) The more you are surrounded by the people that are motivated, encouraged & eager to share their experience, the better your life will be. The world is full of mirrors, people are lured & ruled by personality ethics that thrives on one basic principle, tell them what they want to hear & remain in their good books. And that continues to bring about devastating long term results & if not accepted there will be band aids upon band aids all over. In the midst of the mirrors, if you find someone that is ready to risk how you see them & feel about them while showing your different picture altogether, treasure them.
E) Listening is the most difficult of all the skills that requires, learning, relearning & unlearning over & over again. When one has trained & mastered the art of listening, they know how easily they can create an entire picture in their own mind about the situation they are being explained & that leaves them out of any pre-judgements, pre-conditioning & thereby leaves them with actual facts & clues to join the dots. This reduces the tendency of failures as the decision is being taken after having all details, it is an ever ending learning session when it comes to listening, the more you listen the better your wisdom is.
F) There is always something or someone better than what or who you have, but have you been able to harness your own skills to optimize what you already have? What is out there available & waiting is indeed going to be full of surprises & excitement, but when you have not yet finished eating the ice creams you have in your plate & that in the freezer what will you do
G) Stop judging & evaluating situations & people around with what they aren't able to deliver as per your "thoughts" instead cherish & motivate them for whatever they are able to deliver without you knowing or asking for it.
H) While everyone is busy enough in harnessing their skills to remain focused & invested with their own set of expectations & work towards deploying all the available resources in getting the most out of the given opportunity & options, the self proclaimed blindness about the intentions of everyone they are engaging is a well known wide spread disease. Modern Day Mindset is completely immune to the intentions of others around.

Every relationship may start working out, may start giving different results, may give different level of peace, may give you motivation when one can get out of these modern day mindset & engage with expectations to understand & study the intentions of the people around, while remain detached to the expectations out of the relationship, that is because when one is able to understand the intentions of those that you are interacting with, the given emotional intelligence will pave a way to lay a win win solution in every given situation ship.

This approach may in turn give one the needed confidence to mend the relationships & overcome the adversities in the given situations. Leaving the flight or fight options for the deserters.

Focus on intentions without losing the objective!!!

Paradox of Profits

Paradox of Profits: Profit, one of the most prominent words in today's time, way above values & virtues, to an extent that the ones preaching on values & virtues may only get a listening ear or audience only if they have made hefty profits out of their whatsoever may be the profession. Be it a one time personal deal or an entire business the focus remains on the bottom-line and that is profits. ROI on time, resources & energy has to be higher at all times. Profits in any kind of business are different from benefits, interim or long term, and all that needs to be understood here is that strategies defined determines the profits & its growth.
