There are some basic human nature, tendencies & behaviors that can be easily related to the roots of every individual.

A) Maturity level is directly proportional to the level at which they are with respect to their empathy & compassion. The more compassionate they will be in their approach the more mature will be their thinking, reasoning & actions.
B) Sincerity level is directly proportional to the level of the truthfulness they may have realized. The more they are truthful to themselves the more sincere they will be to everyone & in everything.
D) Ego of any individual will be directly proportional to the level of their insecurities & fears. The more they are dwelling in their fears the stronger will remain their ego to defend themselves.
E) Patience in any individual will be directly proportional to the level of success they have experienced in their lives. The more they have seen & experienced success in their life, the more they must have understood the value of patience.
F) Emotional Intelligence is directly proportional to the level of self awareness. The more they are aware about their own position in the situation they more intelligently & emphatically they will handle that situation.
G) Professionalism in every individual is directly proportional to the level of self evaluation. The more they can question their thoughts & actions and are able to correct by themselves, the better a professional acumen they will have.
H) Spirituality Level of any individual is directly proportional to the level of self realization. The more they are self realized the less they will try to change anything or anyone around them.
I) Pride in any individual will always remain directly proportional to the level of self centeredness they have. The more selfish they will be, the more pride they will display.
J) Morality in any individual will be directly proportional to the level of their inclination toward the social fabric. The more they are in public domain the more they will remain careful with their actions to remain relevant in society.
K) Wisdom level in any individual will be directly proportional to the level of knowledge they have been able to gather over the years from the various life experiences they have undergone. The more they are able to learn & unlearn the higher will be the level of their wisdom.
L) Ethical level of any individual will be directly proportional to the environment of their upbringing. The more values they may have seen that were practiced by the people around them the more ethical they too may remain in their own life.
M) Integrity level of any individual will be directly proportional to the level of trust & worthiness they have experienced in their own life. The more they have been able to win & keep the trust the more integrity they will be able practice
N) Self Respect level in an individual will remain directly proportional to the level of self care, self love & self awareness they have understood in their life. The more calm & composed one is at the core of their being the better they will be able to maintain their level of self respect.
O) Empathy level in any individual will be directly proportional to the level of love, care & empathy they may have received from the people around them. The more they are able to practice the  same level of giving love and care, the better will be their level of Empathy.
P) Adaptability level in any individual may remain directly proportional to the level of optimism one has been able to harness in their thinking & attitude, the more positively they are able to see things & situations around the better they will be able to adapt to the alien environments.
Q) Confidence level of any individual is directly proportional to their emotional stability in that given situation for the given condition, if they have already thought through about the probabilities of the situation they are in, they are likely to have a better level of confidence, & they can even be more confident if they have already failed doing that things earlier & now have figured out how to get it done.
R) Character of every individual is directly proportional to experiences they have had by practicing their virtues, values & beliefs. The firmer they have remained on their ground with their values & virtues, the stronger their Character will remain.
S) Intentions of any individual is directly proportional to their level of desperation towards the subject of their interest. The more they are desperate to get it, win it, the more intentional their efforts may be. 
T) Wants of any individual are going to remain directly proportional to the level of satisfaction they have been able to instill for themselves, they more they satisfied with what they have & can get it with their hard work, dedication & sincere efforts the lesser their wants may be.
U) Needs of every individual are directly proportional to the environment they are brought up & living, everyone's needs arises from what they see, have known & understand that is obtainable & available for others.
V) Humility level in an individual is directly proportional to the level of respect one is able to give to the perception, views & understanding of others. The more Humble one is the better they are able to treat others irrespectively.
W) Straightforwardness level in any individual will remain directly proportional to honesty they have in their disposition. The over all honesty in any individual will keep them straight in their thinking & actions.
X) Self Awareness level of any individual will be directly proportional to the level of their abilities to introspect their actions. The more they are able to take responsibilities of the given situation the more self aware they will be.
Y) Fear, the level of fear in any individual will be directly proportional to the level of confidence they have instilled in those who are consistently manipulating, lying, cheating & back stabbing. The more chances there are, the more dreadful the endeavor will remain.
Z) Happiness level in any individual will be directly proportional to the level of their ability to let go things & let people be, let the situation unfold on its own, no deliberation, no thoughts & predetermined actions, flowing with the flow may keep one clam & pleasant.
